Matured to rarity at the Calw “Schlossberg”.
The base wines are the most important basic ingredients for an unusual first-class sparkling wine (German ”Sekt“).
At the “Calwer Sectmanufactur“ (Calw “Sekt“-Manufacturer) they are exclusively derived from selected wine-growing areas and include special Champagne grapes as well as Riesling from the Rheingau and Pinot from Baden.

Schwarzwaldbrennerei (Black Forest Distillery) Bertsch
Clear brandies and liqueurs are still produced in the Black Forest – from the simple fruit brandy to the distillates made from damsons, plums and Mirabelle plums to the famous Kirsch. Keramik-Werkstatt (Ceramics Studio) Alzenberg
Here clay is processed using various techniques and made into unique sculptures, vessels, fountains etc.. Unusual effects are achieved using special processing techniques, such as RAKU firing.
Visits to the ceramics studio and demonstrations of RAKU firing can be arranged upon request.
